Deerfield Beach’s Oceans 234 is welcoming a selection of talented chefs into its kitchen as part of its Chef Takeover Series. Working alongside its executive chef Nicole Fey, chefs will be creating unique dishes for hungry diners. 

The first chef in the lineup will be celebrated chef Dean Max, who will be heating up the kitchen through February 3. Max will be serving up his specialty dishes like the ahi tuna coconut tostada, Maine scallop crudo and the spicy honey grilled black grouper.
