Guests and members at the Boca Raton Resort & Club will be able to experience the intensity of Orangetheory Fitness.

The fitness franchise opened a “pop-in studio” at the resort this week, offering intimate, ocean-view work-out sessions through April 2019.

Up to three classes will be offered per day with no more than 16 students. The Orangetheory method works to have each person keep their heart rate in the “orange zone,” or 84 to 91 percent of their maximum heart rate, while moving from station to station. During the class, students wear heart-rate monitors to track which zone they’re in for the best results. Classes are only available for resort guests and members, with prices at $30 and $20, respectively.

Orangetheory Fitness, which has its headquarters in Boca Raton, has more than 1,000 studios in 49 states and all over the world.

The Boca Resort & Club boasts seven swimming pools and offers stand-up paddle boarding, tennis, golf and lawn games. For an extra boost of wellness, the biostation opened a satellite center at the resort this year.
