If you’re looking for a sizzling steak paired with a philanthropic cause, check out Palm Beach Meats’ monthly steakhouse night dinner. This month, on Saturday, Aug. 16, the event will offer guests a mouthwatering dining experience with an exclusive wagyu-only á la carte menu. Starters and sides include options like fried green tomatoes, beer-battered fried onions, and garlic mashed potatoes.

Every month, the butcher shop partners with a local nonprofit to donate 15% of its sales for the evening. This month, owner Eric San Pedro chose a cause close to his heart, as he has proudly been sober for nearly 20 years, and August is National Overdose Awareness Month. The dinner will benefit CARP, a Palm Beach-based charity dedicated to providing substance abuse treatment to those in need.
