Matthew Candelaria has joined Palm Beach Meats as its executive chef. His first Chef’s Tasting dinner will be on Friday, April 4. The menu will feature tallow-braised peaches, foie gras torchon, and Japanese A5.
Candelaria is a native of South Florida with more than 20 years of kitchen experience. Most recently, he served as the chef de cuisine at Oceano Kitchen, collaborating with renowned chefs Jeremy and Cindy Bearman.
Tickets are priced at $129, with wine pairings, truffles and caviar enhancements available. The complete menu and tickets are available here.
