The quaint Pineapple Grove bistro, Papa’s Tapas, is finally pouring spirits. The Spanish tapas concept recently acquired a liquor license and debuted its cocktail menu. With its full bar now stocked, locals and visitors alike can take advantage of its daily (Monday-Saturday) happy hour specials from 3 – 6 p.m. and its inviting cocktail selections. Choose to sip on its sangria mule, Paloma, pineapple ginger margarita, Mama’s Mojito, or a Dirty Tini with Spanish olives among other new creations, before diving into its famous paella, croquettas or tender octopus.
