The former Kapow space has been transformed into Penelope. The newest addition to the Sub-Culture Group portfolio of restaurants has arrived at Mizner Park and is serving New Orleans-inspired fare in a quaint bistro setting. Honoring Cajun, Creole and Southern flavors, the menu includes dishes like gumbo, pork shank, buttermilk biscuits, shrimp & grits and oyster casino. Sub-Culture is also known for its stellar cocktails and at Penelope you’ll find a curated menu of vibrant botanical infusions, a global wine menu and plenty of zero-proof sips as well.
