Galley is hosting a spooky class on Oct. 29 as part of its monthly cocktail series. Lead by mixologist Hauk Cornell, the class is an immersive, hands-on experience where guests will learn how to balance flavors of their favorite spirit (choose from vodka, tequila or whiskey) by using some of his favorite housemade ingredients to make two spooktacular drinks. The $60 ticket includes welcome bubbles, a goodie bag and 20% off dinner before or after the class. Buy your tickets here. The event starts at 5 p.m. Next month’s fall-inspired class is on Nov. 19, and in December, get into the holiday spirit(s) on Dec. 17.
