From the mind of chef Julien Gremaud, known for Avocado Grill and Avocado Cantina, comes Pink Steak. It opened this week, and it’s blending Miami glamour with local Florida ingredients and recipes. Gremaud has teamed up with executive chef Aaron Black to bring his take on a steakhouse to life. Guests can expect soaring seafood towers, succulent cuts of meat, and other delightful dishes like the Maine lobster risotto and miso-glazed Verlasso salmon. And regardless of whether you’re seated inside the 120-seat main dining room or outside on the 55-seat patio, you’re dining experience will pair nicely with the nightly DJ tunes (a nod to Gremaud’s love for DJing).
