RA Sushi in Palm Beach Gardens and Pembroke Pines will host its seventh annual “Nicky’s Week†benefit for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.The week-long fundraiser, from May 29 to June 4, is in honor of the nephew of one of RA’s founders, who died of cancer at age 13. During the benefit week, 100 percent of the proceeds of a variety of menu items will go to St. Jude, considered the country’s top children’s cancer research center.
This year the fundraising goal is $125,000, which adds to the $700,000 Nicky’s Week has raised for the hospital since 2005.
