After feasting during Thanksgiving, Hanukkah and Christmas, you’re going to need to get a jump start on your New Year’s resolution. Enter Rise31.

The new fitness studio will be opening at the Delray Marketplace on Dec. 26, where workout enthusiasts will find an indoor cycling theatre, In-Trinity, yoga, and a coffee cafe stocked with goods to energize athletes.

The In-Trinity practice was created by Johnny G, the inventor of Spinning, and uses an incline board that “builds strength, deepens flexibility and improves balance, coordination and agility.”

New to the fitness scene, RISE31 was this year by three Floridians looking for a one-stop shop fitness studio.

Also going on around town is SoulCycle opening its winter pop-up on Palm Beach earlier this month, adding to a litany of cycle studios around town.
