The owners of Rok:Brgr announced that the restaurant space on Atlantic Avenue was sold on Sept. 1.

J.E.Y. Hospitality, which owns dining concepts throughout South Florida, said that the buyers—the company’s name has not been released—will be opening a new business in its place in early October.

The restaurant name will be in place until Sept. 30.

“While we love the Delray market, and our location on Atlantic Avenue, we made the strategic decision as a group to focus instead on the expansion of two of our thriving concepts, TacoCraft and Henry’s Sandwich Shop, throughout South Florida,” Marc Falsetto, the CEO of J.E.Y. Hospitality, said in a press release.

J.E.Y.’s other restaurants including TacoCraft, PizzaCraft, The Apothecary, Mercado Negro, and Henry’s Sandwich Shop. Rok:Brgr also has locations in Fort Lauderdale, Gulfstream Park, and South Miami.

Rok:Brgr opened in Delray Beach in January 2017, replacing the gastropub Tryst, which closed in November 2016.
