Dim lighting, a sultry vibe and inventive cocktails await you at Rm. 901, the newest bar at the Hyatt Centric Las Olas. A far cry from a basic hotel bar, it’s cloaked in mystery evoking a 1920 prohibition watering hole. This guest suite turned reservations-only exclusive space can accommodate up to six guests and features whimsical cocktails like the Late Night Checkout and The Butler Did It alongside light bites like sashimi and grilled octopus.
The bar is also hosting a bartender-in-residence program with cocktail connoisseurs popping in to pour you their own special takes on drinks. Make sure to check out the event page on the website for the schedule. The speakeasy is open Thursday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to midnight.
