Yes, that was Jerry Seinfeld chowing down on Chicken Telephono (chicken, mozzarella, San Marzano tomato sauce) at Vic & Angelo’s (4520 PGA Blvd., 561/630-9899) in Palm Beach Gardens last Thursday night. He apparently liked his meal and posed for a photo with restaurant GM Eduard Cristal.
And even though the Dolphins won’t be in the Super Bowl (hell, they’ll be lucky just to have a coach), the party is on at Burt Rapoport’s Deck 84 (84 E. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach, 561/). No details yet but views of the Intracoastal, some (hopefully) warm weather, and lots of good food and drink should ease the pain of our pigskin heroes’ futility.
If the weather sucks, the restaurant’s “When it rains, we pour” promotion should make that go down easier too. If a deluge strikes, it’s happy hour prices on drinks and munchies at the bar, no matter the time of day. It’s almost enough to make you wish for rain. (Just kidding. . .)
