The holiday season is a great reminder for us all to give back, and one local resort and spa is looking to stretch that happy cheer all year long.

The SiSpa at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island recently announced plans to continue their Give Back Program into 2013.

The Give Back Program, which launched in March 2012, encourages three selected charities (per quarter) to “compete” to see who can raise the most donations.

For the first quarter of 2013, from January 1 to March 31, SiSpa will donate a portion of all proceeds purchased from their 50-minute Oxygen Facial, their 80-minute Warm Stone massage, and waxing services, to the program.

The four organizations that receive the most Give Back treatments purchases during the year will share the title of “Official Give Back Partner 2014,” and receive all of the donations from their quarter.

Guests who purchase any of the three treatments can specify at checkout which non-profit charity they would like their treatment to benefit. The first three organizations of the year all benefit our four-legged friends– the Big Dog Ranch Rescue, Passion for Paws, and Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.

Additional charities slated to participate in the Give Back Spa Program 2013 include Autism Speaks, Junior League of Palm Beaches, H.O.W Hearing the Ovarian Cancer Whisper Palm Beach, A Rhea of Hop Foundation, Look Good…Feel Better Campaign from American Cancer Society, Rebuilding Together of the Palm Beaches, Adopt-A-Family, and Food For the Poor.

To date, SiSpa has raised more than $10,000 for charity.
