As Japan struggles to recover from the after-effects of the earthquake and tsunami and the ongoing crisis at its nuclear reactors, City Oyster (213 E. Atlantic Ave., 561/272-0220) is stepping up to help. Keep your fingers crossed.

Contact chef Nancy Hall at hall@palmbeach.k12.fl.us. But if you can’t quite get it together by then, don’t worry. There’s always next year.
