The culinary hub is hosting two spooky parties. There will be a family-friendly trick-or-treat gathering from 5 – 9 p.m. at Charlie & Joe’s. Lucky Shuck is also hosting a pirate-themed costume contest. Then after the sun sets, the adults-only Halloween bash takes over at Topside at the Beacon.
