Miami’s uber-popular steakhouse is hosting a special collaboration dinner on Wednesday, May 7 with chef Álvaro Clavijo of El Chato in Bogota. 

Chef Clavijo’s Colombian bistro was recently ranked number 25 on the World’s 50 Best list and number 3 in Latin America’s 50 Best list. Before opening El Chato, chef Clavijo cut his teeth in famed restaurants like Per Se, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon and Noma.  

The four-course dinner is $225 and includes a welcome glass of Champagne and gratuity.
