Help put turkeys on the tables of families in need this Thanksgiving with Boca Helping Hands’ Thanksgiving Box Brigade.

Returning for its 21st year, the Thanksgiving Box Brigade provides a complete package of turkey and fixings for local underserved families to enjoy a holiday meal. This year, the program will provide Thanksgiving meals to 24,000 people. With a donation of $29.72—the cost of a Thanksgiving Box—you can provide a meal to feed an entire family. Make your donation here. Donations that exceed the amount needed to provide the Thanksgiving meals will go toward supporting the more than 180,000 people in Palm Beach County facing hunger.

Thanksgiving meals will be distributed the weekend before Thanksgiving, Nov. 22-23, at Boca Helping Hands’ distribution centers in east Boca Raton, west Boca, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and Lake Worth. The need for support extends beyond the Thanksgiving holiday, too. This week, Boca Helping Hands saw a 25% increase in demand for its services, including 94 families in East Boca Raton alone.
