Swank Specialty Produce has earned a reputation as perhaps South Florida’s premier provider of exquisitely fresh produce to some of the finest restaurants in the area.

Soon you can taste what all the shouting (and drooling) is about right at the source, as the family-owned company has introduced “Swank Table,” a series of chef and ingredient-driven al fresco lunches to be held throughout 2014 at Swank’s Loxahatchee farm. The meals will feature not just their own products but artisanal foods from purveyors all around South Florida, to be overseen by chefs Lindsay Autry (Sundy House) and Chrissie Benoit (The Little House).

The series kicks off on Dec. 15 with a “Southern Comfort” lunch featured at the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival. Among the participating chefs will be Autry, Mark Murphy, Timon Balloo and Marc Vetri. Following that will be lunches on Jan. 12 with chef Nick Morfogen, Aaron Brooks and Richard Hales, then more meals featuring more chefs in February, March and April.

Prices range from $200 per person for the kickoff PBF&W lunch to $155 per for each of the other four, and you can get more details and purchase tickets by going here.
