Top local chefs will be serving up their best dishes at Taste of Recovery, returning Nov. 8 to the American German Club in Lake Worth Beach.

Now in its seventh year, the foodie festival—founded by local chef Louie Bossi—raises critical funds for The Crossroads Club in Delray Beach in support of their mission to provide a safe haven for those affected by substance abuse.

Attendees can look forward to bites from Elisabetta’s, Louie Bossi’s, Louie’s Hot Chicken, Art Basil Restaurant, J& J Seafood Bar and Grill, City Cellar, Motor City Pizza, Taco Tuesday’s Taqueria and Pure Life Fitness Cafe.

Chefs will also face off in a friendly culinary competition to win the People’s Choice and Critics’ Choice award, judged by a panel consisting of Coastal Star and STET food writer Jan Norris; food journalist, podcaster, and co-founder of the “Let’s Eat South Florida” Facebook group Mike Mayo; and Boca magazine Web Editor Tyler Childress.

“Taste of Recovery is a fantastic evening of delicious food from our finest area restaurants, all while supporting an important cause—helping to fight addiction,” said Dylan Morgan, executive director of The Crossroads Club and event co-chair, in a statement.
