The group seeking to build a performing arts center in Boca Raton has ended its agreement with the city for land in Mizner Park.

In a letter to the city Wednesday, the Center for Arts & Innovation said it would seek to build elsewhere but keep in contact with the city. The group had been scheduled to appear before the city council Monday to discuss its request for massive changes to the 2022 agreement.
