Responding to intense criticism, principals of Boca Raton’s proposed downtown redevelopment on Monday announced a new, less dense plan for the 30 acres around City Hall.
All aspects of the private portion would come down. There would be more green space, including a memorial to veterans to address concerns about the current Memorial Park. Terra/Frisbie also would add recreation space, including at least eight tennis courts.
