Boca Raton’s newest tech venture, FutureInnoX, is pioneering AI solutions with applications ranging from food safety and fashion design to professional sports and national security.
“FutureInnoX grew out of my experience at the intersection of diplomacy, defense acquisition, and emerging technology,” says co-founder Nathalia Gillot, PhD. “I saw firsthand how slowly innovation moved from research to deployment in mission-critical environments. I wanted to create a company that could close that gap by rapidly transitioning AI solutions from prototype to operational use.”
Gillot is driven by a passion for solving society’s toughest challenges, from national defense to nutrition, and she believes that the private sector, free from bureaucratic red tape, offers the fastest path to deliver impact.
“The private sector is essential to solving the nation’s toughest challenges. FutureInnoX advances Washington’s AI priorities and the recent AI Action Plan by rapidly fielding mission-ready, ethically designed AI solutions that translate research into operational advantage—strengthening national security, economic competitiveness, and societal resilience,” she says.
FutureInnoX’s platforms are designed to strengthen alliances, improve decision-making under pressure, and enhance resilience across sectors. Current applications include FoodCare AI, a nutrition and food-safety tool; CoutureAI, which provides designers access to centuries of fashion innovation; and performance platforms that help NFL teams refine strategy.
“We do not build technology in a vacuum,” Gillot says. “At FutureInnoX, we believe no challenge is unsolvable. From the Pentagon to Palm Beach County, we are proving the next era of innovation can begin here.”
