The Florida Derby, a leadup to May’s Kentucky Derby, takes place tomorrow, April 1. Gulfstream Park is offering several ways to catch all the action including the Taste of the Track ticketed event and the Carousel Club, which is free and open to the public.
Taste of the Track invites guests up to Gulfstream’s third floor for a front-row seat to all the afternoon’s races paired with wine and tapas. Enjoy sips of red, rosé and sparking wines alongside charcuterie boards, cheeses, and gourmet bites. Tickets are $125/person and the event runs from noon to 4 p.m. Purchase tickets here.
Over at the lively Carousel Club, guests can celebrate the races with half-priced mojito pitchers and a jazz concert by Lady Gaga’s Vegas bandleader, Brian Newman.
