The Restaurant at the Norton is partnering with Alonso Guerrero Wine to host a five-course dinner on Thursday, May 18. Travel south to Argentina and experience its best expressions of malbec throughout the evening. The wine will be paired with dishes created by chef Jair Solis of the Constellation Culinary Group, each plate inspired by his childhood in Peru. See below for the menu. The dinner begins at 6 p.m., and tickets are $175/per person.
