The Norton Museum of Art’s restaurant is embracing the new season with an assortment of new dishes. Seasonal plates include a salmon crudo, cacio e pepe zucchini chips, a wild mushroom tart and a Hasselback butternut squash. The restaurant is mainly open for lunch from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., but on Fridays, it’s open until 9 p.m.; thus, chef Jair Solis is also debuting a few dinner selections like the prime rib and popovers with citrus duck fat butter.
