Well, look no further because a new boutique fitness studio is opening at the Polo Club Shoppes in Boca Raton in the coming weeks.

Each 60-minute session boosts your endurance, strengthens your muscles and restores your body through a combination of spin, high-intensity interval training, and yoga. Not only will you feel great, but you’ll notice a difference in your body almost immediately. “I’ve lived and worked in Palm Beach County for 17 years and can’t wait to bring the first SPENGA studio to South Florida,” O’Rourke says.
