Two of West Palm Beach’s most celebrated meat connoisseurs are combining their talents and hosting a legendary Japanese A5 wagyu dinner. Chef Rick Mace of Tropical Smokehouse and chef Emerson Frisbie of Palm Beach Meats will host a Brisket N’ Fixins dinner on Saturday, October 26 at Palm Beach Meats on Dixie Highway.

The smoked brisket will come accompanied by an elevated assortment of sides including Japanese potato salad, apple & jicama slaw with a Palm Beach Creamed Honey dressing, corn on the cob with sumac butter and Palm Beach salt, Red Splendor Farm biscuits, and pickles from Chef Daniel Ramos. Make sure to save room for the end, Anna Bakes is creating banoffee cream pie with the meat’s fat infused into the graham cracker.

Tickets are $129 and can be purchased here.
