Michael’s Genuine Celebrates Mango Season

Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz can’t get enough of our sweet, juicy, local mangos. So he’s created a decadent menu that highlights them in both savory and sweet dishes, as well as cocktails. Additionally, he’s sourcing them directly from South Florida, thanks to the generosity of neighbors, friends, clients, and employees who are all willing to share their harvest with him. The menu selections are:

  • Wood Roasted Prawns brushed with a homemade mango habanero glaze served with a green mango salad and peanuts in a nước chấm sauce (one for $13, three for $36, five for $61)
  • Red Snapper Crudo topped with local mango, basil, coconut milk, chili oil and crispy rice ($27)
  • Cheese & Corn Samosa served with a spicy mango chutney (offered in the new three-course prix-fixe menu for $49)
  • Market Special – Beefeater gin, St. Germain, mango shrub, coconut water, lime ($17)
  • Mango Tres Leche – fresh mango, coconut creme (offered in the new three-course prix-fixe menu for $49)
