Reservations for Bourbon Steak are now open, which means the restaurant’s opening date has been set. Acclaimed chef Michael Mina will bring his beloved steakhouse brand to The Seagate Hotel as part of the resort’s multimillion-dollar refresh. The restaurant will officially open on March 3.
Chef Mina’s concepts within his MINA Group have earned several James Beard Awards and Michelin stars. Now, he’s bringing his talented team to Delray Beach, including executive chef Pablo Valencia. As always, dinners here will start with its signature duck fat fries trio instead of bread. The menu will feature premium steaks, indulgent seafood, an impressive collection of wines, and timeless cocktails with Bourbon Steak twists.
