The Florida-grown healthy restaurant Vale Food Co has opened its eighth outpost in Boca. Focused on providing healthy and sustainable meals to its customers, Vale is serving up a variety of options, including refreshing açai bowls, towering poke bowls, and hearty salads. It also lets guests build their own bowls with selections like cilantro lime brown rice, buffalo cauliflower, turkey spinach feta meatballs and teriyaki salmon.
