In our March issue, West Palm Beach psychic medium SarahSpiritual discusses her journey from beauty queen and stage actor to businesswoman to the unexpected culmination of her gifts. Since meeting her spiritual teacher—in a New Jersey computer store, of all places—Sarah has developed her sixth sense, opened the metaphysical center of her dreams, and begun hosting a weekly radio show, where she has helped countless people from South Florida and across the country access information that assists them on their various paths. In this Web Extra, Sarah explains how she connects to Spirit.

“[I connect in] lots of different ways. Initially, it was … people see me looking up. When I look up, I begin to see a tunnel of light—and up the tunnel of light, a kaleidoscope. Different colors begin to appear, and when all the colors settle, whatever’s at the end of the tunnel is what I’m supposed to start with. So I start with, ‘I see such and such … I see a person standing above you, a male energy.’ They look like energies, angels, guides. It depends on who I’m reading, what I’m going to see.

I use their birthday to access their unique code of their soul. I look up, and it’s like I’m waiting for the universe to change the channel so I can drop their pin, like a GPS, right on that person’s soul. And I can tell people where they are, what brought them to where they are, what the change is that’s coming, what they need to change now to get there, and what stopped them in the past.

I know not to listen to myself. I have my thought, and then a higher vibrational thought is constantly running above my train of thought. I reach up and pull that train of thought. Whatever I hear, it instantly comes out of my mouth.

They talk to me in pictures. I may see a stick figure, and it’ll look gray in a particular area. I may see a color connected to a person; I may see numbers. I have the beautiful pictures they give me, and I also scribble. I have to have a very specific kind of rolly pen, and I begin to scribble. And as I scribble, scribbling lines is the expression of energy. I’ll write whatever they’re giving me. If I make a heart, and some lines on the sides, it tells me something with the arteries or valve. It looks like a little kid’s scribbles. It’s the fleshing through of all the information, and then I start.

I start with what spirit gives me initially. Most times people will say, ‘you answered all my questions.’ I open and then answer questions based on what the person needs. I feel like we’re playing cat and mouse. My mission is to enlighten you, to inspire you, to help you find your path the greatness, to bring you closer to God, to follow your own gifts, your own passion—to give you the clues on the path so you can live your fulfilled life and be a better human being and be the expression of God in motion. [I’m not] some trained puppet here to impress you. I’m not here to impress anyone, just help them. And that’s how I conduct every session.”
