This decadent wheel of Velveeta cheese is exclusively available at Bounce—and only through Aug. 15. Taking its inspiration from the Italian Pasta alla Ruota dish where hot pasta is tossed in a hollowed-out cheese wheel, the WheelVeeta mixes al dente shells to cheesy, creamy perfection in a wheel of Velveeta. Add a little more flavor to this tableside dish with toppings that include fresh lobster, black truffles and fried shallots.
