The annual festivities are almost here so we’ve compiled a list of local eats and events where you can don your green attire and celebrate the luck of the Irish.
Inaugural Proper St Patrick’s Day at Mizner Park Amphitheater
On Sunday, March 17, the masterminds behind the Sunset Tequila Festival will debut their newest event. The Proper St. Patrick’s Day will feature live bands, Irish dancers, bagpipers, a craft market, axe throwing, and plenty of sips and bites, including Irish whiskies, Guinness, corned beef sandwiches, and bangers & mash. There will also be a “dry bar” for those interested in mocktails and alcohol-free beer. Admission is free for all ages. For those interested in elevating their experience, the Tasting Tent is $75 with only a limited number of tickets sold online, and it will be where you can sip on more than a dozen Irish spirit brands. Purchase those tickets here. The tent will be open from 3 – 8 p.m.
