Flow into National Yoga Month as InterContinental Miami hosts Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing on Saturday, September 26 at 7PM. Guests can expect a one-of-a-kind yoga flow class led by Danny Valladares on the hotel’s SkyLawn, complete with yoga, cacao, sound healing, while enjoying nighttime views of downtown Miami. The evening continues with a live DJ. After class, guests are encouraged to stay and connect with others in the community.
