Double Knot, the Japanese izakaya concept with locations in Philadelphia, New York, and Miami, has officially opened its doors in Delray’s Sundy Village.
Created by celebrity chef Michael Schulson, Double Knot’s menu features a variety of sushi, sashimi, and seafood dishes, alongside chicken, duck, fish, and vegetable robatayaki (grilled skewers). For a complete culinary tour, opt for the chef’s select menu, which includes 10 menu selections, including two robatayaki plus a soft serve dessert. Cocktail menu highlights include The Butterfly Knot with butterfly pea vodka, honey, citrus, and brut, and The Zeppelin Bend with tequila, pear, curacao, and lime.
The Sundy Village location also incorporates the elegant minimalist decor from Double Knot’s Wynwood outpost, which was shortlisted for the Restaurant & Bar Design Awards. Double Knot’s menu has likewise garnered praise, with The Infatuation naming it one of Wynwood’s standout dining destinations.
