Lake Worth Beach oceanfront restaurant Benny’s on the Beach is celebrating its 40th anniversary this weekend with three days of festivities.

The revelry kicks off Friday night with a special dinner service where diners will be welcomed with a glass of Taittinger Champagne (with purchase of an entree). The dinner will include live performances throughout the evening. Then, Benny’s will host a community cookout on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. with $5 burgers and beer and $2 hot dogs. A portion of sales will be donated to Loggerhead Marinelife Center.

On Sunday from 9 a.m. to noon, Benny’s will partner up with Loggerhead Marinelife Center for a beach cleanup. Participants can take advantage of Benny’s $10 breakfast special. Sign up here.
