The long wait is over. Although its opening was delayed, the healthy eats concept has finally opened at the Shadowood Square. This second outpost in Boca Raton features an all-day breakfast menu that includes dishes like the smoked salmon bagel, quinoa breakfast bowl and a berry almond butter toast.
The nutritious menu also showcases its famous salads, bowls, wraps, housemade baked goods, fresh pressed juices and smoothies. The new veggie burger is becoming a fan favorite, made from a combination of mushrooms, brown rice, onions, black beans and corn.
