This week Lazy Dog will debut its new spring menu featuring new dishes alongside reimagined favorites that it has brought back thanks to popular demand. The new offerings will hit your table on April 5, but if you’re eager to get a sneak peek, the restaurant is hosting a four-course preview dinner today. The Boca Raton bistro’s menu additions include a Mediterranean trio, pulled pork sandwich, lumberjack pancake tacos and loaded donut holes, among others. It’s also launching a few new cocktails as well including the watermelon margarita, Patrón paloma and Rosé Aperol Spritz.
