Now through August 31, Café Boulud is jet-setting its guests away from Palm Beach and straight to the sunny shores of southern France with its “Boulud Sur Mer” celebration. Inspired by the French Riviera, the menu and décor will celebrate summers in France with dishes drawing inspiration from the flavors of Provence and plenty of rosé, of course. From Monday to Friday the prix-fixe lunch menu ($49) offers options like a chilled tomato soup and risotto du jour. Its three-course dinner menu ($72) is available the entire week with selections like delicate fried zucchini blossoms and grilled Mediterranean sea bass.
