We might still be on summer vacation but the fall will be here before we know it, and so will The Ray Hotel’s newest dining concepts. The Delray Beach hotel is restyling its restaurants and has made two big announcements. Debuting this fall, it will launch Campi in the former Ember Grill location and expand its partnership with Akira Back when the celebrated chef takes over Rosewater Rooftop. Campi will dish out Italian fare, while Back’s rooftop destination will feature the chef’s take on shareable plates.
