Café Boulud is keeping summer alive by hosting a Côtes de Provence-inspired dinner this Thursday, Aug. 24. Partnering with famed winery Château D’Esclans, the menu will feature dishes that truly bring out both the wine and food’s striking flavors. See below for the menu and make sure to make a reservation for the four-course dinner that begins at 7 p.m. 

Amuse bouche paired with Château d’Esclans ‘Rock Angel’, Côtes de Provence 2021. 

First course: Maine lobster with tomato, watermelon, and almond paired with Château d’Esclans ‘Estate’, Côtes de Provence 2021. 

Second course: Sea bass with Spanish chorizo sauce paired with Château d’Esclans ‘Les Clans’, Côtes de Provence 2020. 

Third course: Colorado rack of lamb with a nut crust paired with Château d’Esclans ‘Garrus’, Côtes de Provence 2020. 

Fourth course: Framboise & citron vert sorbet paired with Château d’Esclans ‘The Beach’.
