The Five-Diamond Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach commemorates its 30 years of relaxed sophistication with an extra-special menu at its signature restaurant, Florie’s, among other festivities. The three-course dinner, curated by chef Mauro Colagreco, will be available from Feb. 16-19. Guests can look forward to dishes like the hamachi crudo with green apple, kiwi, spring onion and a citrus fennel jus alongside a Key West shrimp & mascarpone agnolotti del plin with a citrus beurre blanc and a sweet four chocolate end to the evening—among other selections. The prix-fixe menu is $95 per person.
