Step aboard a trolley for an evening of tastings at venues such as Loch Bar, Ouzo Bay, Union 27 (supposed to open on this day!), Flamingo House with Prosperity Brewing, and more.

The Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum is hosting a “Toasts, Tastes & Trolleys” event on Oct. 5 from 6 to 11 p.m. The tour starts at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, where you’ll enjoy cocktails and appetizers. Then there’s more food and drink at each location, and finally, back to the resort for dessert, dancing and a cash bar. That’s the way to welcome fall!

Tickets are $125 donation per person and you can find them here.

Gourmet Market: Joie de vivre and wine tasting

If you haven’t discovered Boca’s Gourmet Market on Federal Highway, you need to take some time and check it out. Owners Catherine and Nicolas Vernet met in Paris, took a trip to South Florida and decided there wasn’t an authentic French market around. So they created one.

Everything from pate to tapenades, tea, truffles, pastries, sandwiches and more are available. So are wine tastings the first Friday of every month, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
