There’s a new barbecue spot in town. Chef Jimmy Strine has debuted his take on Tex-Mex barbecue with his newest venture, Austin Republic. Strine, who has worked at famed Palm Beach restaurants like Café Boulud, Buccan and Grato, has partnered with John Webb to showcase their love for smoked meat. While the restaurant is currently an outdoor concept with food and bar trucks, it will soon take over the former Braille Club in West Palm Beach. Look forward to tender brisket, juicy pork and hearty tacos.
