Boca’s art scene is set to shine brighter than ever. The internationally acclaimed BIJOUX! Contemporary Jewelry Exhibition returns to Boca Raton Jan. 13–17, 2026, this time debuting at The Studio at Mizner Park. The move to Mizner Park marks an exciting new chapter for the event—and Boca Magazine is proud to serve as a supporting sponsor.

Originally established by founder Donna Schneier, BIJOUX! has earned a national reputation for presenting the world’s most innovative jewelry artists. Schneier, a respected art consultant and collector, also co-founded LOOT (now MAD About Jewelry) at New York’s Museum of Arts & Design. Her finely tuned curatorial eye gives BIJOUX! the distinctive blend of high craft, global artistry, and bold design that has captivated collectors for over a decade.

While BIJOUX! has been showcased in various cultural venues—including past exhibitions at the Boca Raton Museum of Art and the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach—bringing the show to The Studio at Mizner Park introduces a fresh, contemporary setting for visitors to explore the intersection of jewelry, design, and artistic expression.

A key force behind the move is Boca Raton philanthropist and contemporary art collector Andrea Kline, a longtime supporter of BIJOUX!. Now serving on The Studio’s board, Kline helped guide the exhibition’s transition into Mizner Park’s creative ecosystem. “BIJOUX! is not just about jewelry—it’s about culture, craftsmanship, and connection,” she says. “Introducing it to this new venue feels like expanding its artistic reach within the community.”

A Dazzling Roster of International Talent

Among this year’s featured artists is celebrated American studio jeweler Bruce Metcalf, whose sculptural works appear in the permanent collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Victoria & Albert Museum, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and more. With a career spanning more than 400 exhibitions, Metcalf remains a defining voice in contemporary jewelry.

Joining him is Jennifer Merchant, the Minneapolis-based artist known for her dramatic layered acrylic pieces. Originally trained in metals at SCAD, Merchant developed her signature style by transforming pages from art books and fashion magazines into vivid, sculptural jewelry. Her philosophy—“If you can’t see it from ten feet away, why bother?”—perfectly encapsulates the bold, expressive character of BIJOUX!.

A Week of Style, Discovery & Conversation

The exhibition opens Jan. 13 with Bubbles, Bangles & Beads, an invitation-only VIP celebration featuring champagne, caviar, live entertainment, and first access to the artists’ newest collections.

Public exhibition hours run Jan. 14–17 from 11 a.m-5 p.m., with $10 daily admission or a $20 multi-day pass ideal for returning as new work arrives.

Visitors can also enjoy the Afternoon Tea and Talk Series at The Studio—a refined pop-up setting for artist talks, guest speakers, and classic tea service ($25 per event). The Café Bar will offer coffee, snacks, and light bites throughout the week.

Whether you’re a seasoned collector or simply jewelry-curious, BIJOUX! offers a rare opportunity to meet renowned artists, experience world-class craftsmanship, and take home a piece of wearable art that tells a story.
