After a decade, Chef Clay Conley continues to serve us his inventive fare at Palm Beach’s beloved Buccan. The five-time James Beard nominated chef and his team are still creating elevated seasonal dishes that are exciting and easily enjoyed in a welcoming and lively atmosphere.

Last year, when everything came to a sudden stop, Conley and his Ember Group partners wanted to find a way to help the community, so they founded Buccan Provisions as a way to distribute meals to food insecure residents. To date, the charity has served more than 240,000 meals and distributed 125 tons of groceries into our community.

But Conley isn’t stopping there. This month he launched his newest concept: Food & Beverage. In response to the demand for delivery and takeout at his restaurants Buccan, Imoto and Grato, he decided to turn Grato into a hybrid dining concept. That means you can now get your favorite dishes–like Grato’s penne alla vodka, Buccan’s burger and Imoto’s Peking duck spring rolls–in one place. So whether you’re looking to dine in or take out, you can get it all here at this new one-stop shop.
