This Thursday, August 12, Palm Beach’s swanky Café Boulud will host one of its famed wine dinners. Exploring the wines of France’s Loire Valley, the four-course dinner begins at 6:45 p.m. with a seated reception.

The evening then continues with a feast created by executive chef Dieter Samijn and executive pastry chef Julie Franceschini. Complementing the cuisine, head sommelier Imre Papp has curated a refreshing wine journey.

The menu is as follows:

Local Corvina / Domaine de la Taille aux Loups

Warm Blue Crab / Damien Laureau Savennieres, ‘Les Genêts’, 2015

Roasted Summer Squab / Domaine La Petit Saint Vincent, Saumur-Champigny, 2018

Figues Roties  / Philippe Foreau, Domaine Du Clos Naudin, Vouvray Moelleux Réserve, 2003

Dinner is $165 per person and excludes tax and gratuity.
