Café Boulud will host a five-course wine pairing dinner featuring rare Italian vintages on May 21.

“An Evening in Italy” will take diners on a culinary tour of the Italian peninsula with wines from some of the country’s most celebrated appellations, including Franciacorta, Tuscany, and Piedmonte. Dinner starts at 7 p.m. and reservations are $195 and can be made here. See below for the menu.
