The beautiful photo of Massaman Curry (above) should make you want to dig into this vegan dish at The Cooper in Palm Beach Gardens – just because it looks fabulous. The curry shown ($19) is Thai based, with grilled tofu, coconut milk-based sauce with lotus root, green beans, eggplant, scallions, calabaza and cashews over basmati rice.

6th Annual Seed Food & Wine Week returns
Keep that good food vibe going — from Nov. 7-10, you can enjoy four days at this plant-based festival in Miami with events focused on sustainable living. Talent appearing includes celeb Chef Joy Bauer, Mixology Director Jules Aron, supermodel Karolina Kurkova, and chefs Ilan Hall, Michael Beltran and Steve Santana.
This festival is definitely family friendly and tickets range from $25 to $459 depending on events and packaging options. Event locations include Jungle Plaza in the Miami Design District, Sacred Space, Casa Florida and Mana Wynwood, among others.
